How can I report content?

We do not hope that you should find any unfair or illegal content on Castrex, as we do our best to ensure that you find good content on Castrex. However, if you should find any content that you would like to report, we have set up an extra reporting system so that we can react quickly and appropriately to your report.

How you report content depends on where you use Castrex.

Web-App (Castrex.com)

  1. Podcasts: On the bottom right-hand side of a podcast's page, under the podcasts recommended for you, you will find the button "Report Podcast".
  2. Episode: In a podcast episode you'll find the button "Report Episode" in the bottom right corner, under the podcasts recommended for you.
  3. Comment: To the right of each comment you will find three dots with further options. In these you will also find the button "Report comment".
  4. User: To report a user, you have to go to their profile. On the bottom right of the user's profile, under the podcasts recommended for you, you will find the button "Report user".

Android and iPhone App

  1. Podcasts: On the bottom of a podcast's page you will find the "Report" button.
  2. Episode: In a podcast episode, you'll find three dots for more options in the top right corner. You will also find the item "Report Episode" next to it.
  3. Comment: To the right of each comment you will find three dots with further options. In these you will also find the button "Report comment".
  4. User: To report a user, you have to go to their profile. On the user's profile you will find a button next to their profile picture with a warning triangle containing an exclamation mark. With this button you can report the user.

Report without Castrex account

In order to process reports as efficiently as possible and to be able to ask questions about a report so that we are able to make quick and correct decisions about reported content, the use of the report form is limited to registered users. If you do not have a free Castrex account, please send an email with your message to support@castrex.com and our support team will take care of your message as soon as possible.
